Only you need to import this file on the following path to have these pages:
Dashboard > Tools > import > WordPress ( Run Importer )

After the process, the pages will import, but images of some pages that contain the image will not import.

We have created these pages to present our theme functionality and features.
These pages are not practical for your website and you don’t need them to implement your own website.
The main pages such as shop and blog pages and the other pages such as service and contact and … that you need for your website have imported correctly.

If the problem you mentioned with the dummy date is related to the images,
I have to say that our dummy data does not include photos and when you import our demos, they see gray boxes instead of the images.
The photos that are used in our online demos are being purchased by us for our demos.
