Update the theme to the latest version and this language pack is no longer working for me, it went from being 100% updated to only 4%

Each time the theme update is updated, the product translation file POT is updated and there is no need to re-translate the site.
I have provided the file I gave you to one of our customers and it still uses the same translation file on its website.
What translation plugin do you use to translate your website?
