Hi, we’re the owners of https://julietaarias.mx

We’ve installed the template four times and for some reason the resulting site is not the same as the Demo 5 we selected as base point for our development.

Please understand:

– No top bar
– No header colors
– No styling
– No pictures with proper resolution

All I get is a bad looking, semi-finished, amateur model of an ecommerce site.

I’m sure we must be making something wrong because I don’t believe you guys charge people for a product that ends up being something different from what you present as your final product.

That would be a scam, but again, I don’t believe scamming people is your type of business.

So, please!!! Illustrate how could we make our final product look like the one you promote on the Marketplace we purchased from.
