Please notice that it’s possible to set the entrance animation for products on shop page from Theme Setting > Shop page > Entrance Animation
I have checked this option on my local and also on our online demos but I did not face any issue with it.

Therefore the issue is related to something else on your dashboard.
The issue can happen because of plugin conflicts so please deactivate the extra plugins one by one to find the source of this trouble.
If the issue not resolved by the workaround above Please provide your WordPress login information and the URL of the shop page to me, I will investigate the issue online on your website.
