We are facing a problem with the theme displaying differently on Laptops and Smart Phones for everyone. Just to give an insight. We have set the mobile display of products to 2 columns. some people are seeing 2 columns and some are seeing just the single column. Everyone is seeing it differently

Before I write anything else. I would like to say things we cross checked before coming here
1) Got the server Cache cleared
2) Got the Cloudflare Cache Purged
3) Got the WordPress Cache Cleared
4) Cleared Browser Cache
5) Tested Website for plugin conflicts

Nothing from above solved the issue and leading the issue to be coming from the theme and its more about responsiveness as its not adjusted to the screen as per the set conditions of 2 grids. For some it is but for some its not

on Desktop, our website ”shopemarat.com” is showing 5 columns for some people but has a terrible layout displaying on some pcs. The same website must show products in 2 columns on mobile but for some its showing 2 but for some its showing 1 and distorted image sizes

Please help us as we are badly struggling with this issue. Looking forward for response if anyone has solution
