KeymasterHeader type >> disable top space = done.
Yes I know about this and all my pages are disabled.
I choose to think that its a bug.
Header promo bar display = off
Top bar = enabled
Topbar display = fullwidthDesktop is beautiful
Phone version, there is a blank (in white) topbarIf your backgound is white you will not notice it.

KeymasterHi,
The section you mentioned in the screenshot is not topbar, this one is a top space that is available in the mobile version.
Please try to edit the home page and navigate to page Header setting and select disable top space option.Best,

Sorry for the delay in responding,
Please note that there is not an option to do this through the Theme Setting, but it’s possible with a line of CSS code.

KeymasterHi,
Please note that we always release updates for the bundled plugins and will add them to the Pinkmart package, also there are not the other features for WP Bakery Pro version that you can not be able to use them with the version we provided in our package, so please don’t have a concern about it.
Best,

KeymasterHi,
Sorry for the delay in responding,I consider from your screenshot that this issue is related to the database error and your configuration of the database for your website and it’s not related to the theme.
Anyway, we need to investigate the issue online on your website. Please provide your WordPress login information to me via private reply so I can investigate the issue with more detail.
Best,
