There is 3 different header style for shop and categories page such as these :
1. http://kitestudio.co/pinkmart/shop/?header_display=cat_icon
2. http://kitestudio.co/pinkmart/shop/?header_display=cat_sub
3. http://kitestudio.co/pinkmart/shop/?header_display=cat_image

For more information, please read the following article:

Shop And Category Header

If you want to remove the header on shop page, you can simply remove it on the following path :
Dashboard > Customized > WooCommerce > Product Catalog > Shop page display > Show products

Is it possible to add icons to the list? Like font awsome 5 icons?

It’s not possible to add icons to the list of icons for the shop and category header page.
The icons are those that are available in the list.

Please provide more detail about which icon do you want to add and the page that you wanna want to have this icon.
Also, please your WordPress login information to me, I will do it for you with a custom of CSS code if possible.
