Hi,

My product images are not equal height. It doesn’t look very good in the shop page.
Many of the products have more height than others.
Changing the settings in Customize -> WooCommerce -> Product Images doesn’t have any effect.

How do I solve this?

Hi mate, Could you Please provide Your Website link?
I think you Set your Shop on masonry grid you have to set On Fit-row style
for Set On Fitrow Style :
Wordpress dashboard -> theme setting -> shop page -> Product View Options -> Grid View
