Pinkmart Theme update problem

    I was happy with the pinkmart theme. I even made the updates up to 2.9.2 without any really problem. But whatever happened after 2.9.2 version, I started having problems while updating the pinkmart theme.

    I had previously opened a ticket called “Pinkmart 2.9.2 Upgrade to 2.9.4 Error“. You solved the problem by connecting to the website and installing a few new plugins. But I do not want you to solve the problem by installing other plugins, backing up the system and reinstalling it. In addition, as far as I understand, the transaction you have made has been an instant solution. Because I encountered the same problem while updating the “WPBakery Page Builder” plugin. I have reported this to you under the current heading. Although 1 week has passed, you haven’t answered and at the same time, it was deleted in the article I wrote. (I don’t know if you returned from backup anymore.)

    * Trying to update from 2.9.5 to 2.9.7 again the same problem. (The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10): Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature)
    * Trying to update from 2.9.2 to 2.9.7 is still the same. (The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10): Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature)
    * “Slider Revolution and WPBakery Page Builder” that comes with Pinkmart gives an update error again. (The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10): Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature)

    In order to make updates as smoothly as before; Do I have to delete all the changes I made on the site, theme and woo commerce and install it again? If so, can you guarantee that no problem will occur in the same way from now on? Because I will sell products on this site and if such a problem occurs in the future; This will cost me security as I cannot make updates, and a waste of time and money if I do a reinstallation.

    As I said at the beginning, why is the pinkmart theme updated until 2.9.2 without any problem now has an update problem. As I asked before “Is there a software problem? Can you explain this to me?
