Not compatible with IE and Chrome

I successfully built my site on Firefox and have gone live.

1) On IE, there is a bug where the Topbar & Menu Heading appears twice stacked on each other (see pic attached).

2) On Chrome desktop, the phone version appears, not the desktop version. That means there is no header menu. See pic attached.
