I just installed the PhastPress and Cloudflare plugin. Actually improved my GTMetrix score quite alot! Only need to fix the “serve scaled images” now.

Yes, that’s good! danieller21, for better results, recommended caches plugin is Wp-rocket and Autoptimize should use these plugins give you better results
