Incomplete demo list in Pinkmart Dashboard

    Howdy!

    I’ve tried to install Pinkmart on a fresh WordPress install. Unfortunately after installing all the plugins it seems I can’t access the demo I desire – Gadgets Shop – through Pinkmart Dashboard.

    In demo tab only 3 demos appear to be available even after trying to fetch the demo list.

    I’m not sure what causes it. Screenshots below.

    please update the Kite Studio Pro Tools to version 1.2.1
    this issue has been fixed

    Everything works now! The Kite Studio Pro Tools also fixed my previous issue with filters.

    Hi Team,
    I am also facing the same issue of not able to access the preferred demo.
    Also, I cannot find the option to update the Kite studio pro tools .
    Please help me to fix this issue ASAP, as I am running out of time.

    Hi,

    I recently bought the theme but can’t finish the setup, it doesn’t exist here: Dashboard > Appearance > Setup Wizard. There’s an error message showing up on the Pinkmart Pro Dashboard. I guess this what stopping the import of demo. Any one knows how to fix this?

    Hi,

    Above just fixed as I gave it some time, but I will let this post say in here… might it helps others to find solution for same problem.

    This is what I did:

    * Upgraded CP PHP version to 7.4
    * Next changed the PLUGIN directory name on file manager to Plugins-New. To WP Admin, all plugins on WP admin turned to deactivated.
    * Back to CP file manager and turned back the plugins directory to its original name.
    * Now checked the required plugins listed on Pinkmart Pro Dashboardm and activated them one at the time.
    * Finally to the Import Demo and selected the wanted demo, import worked successfully!

    Hi,

    I have installed and activated Pinkmart theme. Also installed all required and recommended plugins . But my site is not fetching demo list. Its showing only two demos. I am working offline. Need help asap.
