example:
step 1: customer select the product
step 2: customer select size on product page/ select dropdown option etc and customer write text in custom fields

Field 1 add text by customer
Field 2 add text by customer
Field 3 add text by customer

Step 3: and add to cart it. (this information i will get by email or dashboard)

I have investigated your website.
It seems that adding the fields to the product page has not done properly because the fields are not displaying even in the default WordPress theme and there is an error message on the page.
Please try to add the fields to one product page once again properly and provide the URL of it to me, then I will make the style the same as you mentioned in your previous ticket.
Another thing, It seems that you are using 2 plugins for your purpose.
Please deactivate one of these plugins, maybe the issue of not displaying the fields is the conflicts of these 2 plugins with each other.
