Hi dear friend,

Please go to the following path and set the registration option for the customers :
Dashboard > WooCommerce > Account & Privacy > Account creation

Now when you click on the login button, you will see a link for registration :

Already Pinkmart has this feature for the customers to login with Facebook and Google.
You can activate it on the following path :
Dashboard > Theme Setting > Social > Social login
